The rooms were clean and comfortable and the service was good. The staff were attentive and helpful, fulfilling all my requests. the hotel was conveniently located and the restaurant onsite had great food. Spending Christmas at this hotel was a great experience.
The language barrier was a bit of an issue, with little to no English spoken by the staff. , the pillows were too firm and there were limited options on the TV channels.

I had a great stay at this hotel. The location was just perfect with convenient transportation options to the downtown area and close to the airport. The staff was incredibly friendly and always ready to assist me with my requests. I also loved that they offered free parking and had a nice restaurant onsite. Furthermore, the rooms were very clean and had a nice bathroom.

The room was very comfortable and clean, and the fridge was a great addition for storing drinks and snacks. the staff was helpful and accommodating, and the area was safe for walking around. Plus, the breakfast options were good and served fresh.
The language barrier was a bit of an issue, as some of the staff did not speak any English or French as advertised. the wifi signal was weak and intermittent.
